Mei means "beautiful" or "plum" in Chinese. She is sculpted
of LaDoll clay (a Japanese stone clay), and painted with oil
paint. Her eyes are handmade and hand painted. Mei's body is
a wire armature with a stuffed, soft sculpted cover. Her
clothing is all silk. The closures and adornments are clay,
semiprecious stones, and Thai silver. The butterfly she
carries is made in China. Mei's wig is human hair. She
stands 20 inches. One of a kind.
