Please read carefully.

Payments: Personal or bank check, money order, VISA, and MasterCard are accepted.

Guarantee: Your dolls/bears are personally inspected by us, and are guaranteed to be in mint condition, and are shipped fully insured. If your order should arrive in damaged condition, HOLD the package-DO NOT SEND BACK- notify us immediately, and then notify your shipping carrier, either UPS or USPS. Someone from UPS or USPS must inspect the box and contents (please save all packing materials).

Returns: You may return an item by contacting us within FIVE days after delivery. A return authorization must be given by us. Any returns made without our authorization will automatically be refused by us. Dolls/bears must be carefully packed and double boxed, and shipped back to us insured by original carrier. Returned dolls/bears must be received by us in original, saleable condition. Sale items, layaways, and special orders are FINAL SALES, so please choose carefully.

Layaways: Layaways are always welcome, with a 20% deposit. The balance is to be paid over the agreed period. We will initiate a layaway that suits your needs! We do request regular monthly payments on all layaways. There is a 20% restocking charge on any layaway cancelled by the customer. See layaway agreement for complete details.

Special Orders: We will gladly special order any available doll/bear. A 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering, with the balance due within 30 days after the doll/bear is in stock. Any cancelled special orders will incur a forfeiture of the deposit.

Deposits on items not yet in stock: A 20% reservation deposit is required on orders for dolls/bears that are not yet in stock. We request that you send the balance due within 30 days after you are notified that your order is in stock. If you are unable to do so, advise us, as the balance can be placed on layaway.

New York State residents, please add applicable sales tax.

When making a purchase, buyer agrees to indemnify us from all liability and/or claims which may arise from any use of these products other than those for which they are intended.
